Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

At YCZ Fragrance, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Order Cancellation

  • We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.

  • If the cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped.


Returns

We accept returns of products under the following conditions:

  • Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through our customer service team.

  • Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs related to returns.

  • No restocking fees will be applied to any returns.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take several business days for the refund to officially post.

  3. Contact your bank, since processing times vary.
